It suggests that the guest star Sarah Shahi’s character Renee Royce, who is an international finance lawyer will reach Chicago with one of Kelly Severide’s former girlfriend. Their presence will surprise everyone as they were never expected to come across ever.
According to the series’ executive producer Derek Haas, she is seen returning, as she possesses a legal case that involves a refinery where a few firefighters were typically hurt. Now she is giving her effort to get better safety regulations.
In the first season of Chicago Fire, the two confronted each other when the viewers were amazed to see how the Firehouse 51 called for an immediate action to an emergency. Renee was unfortunately present in one of those cars that were involved in an accident.
